Kowloon Junior School

Age Group: 5 to 11 years

Open since 1902 (when it was known as Kowloon British School), Kowloon Junior School operates on two campuses. Year 1 to 3 students are on the Perth Street campus and Year 4 to 6 students on the Rose Street campus. The campuses are approximately 3 kilometres apart.

The school community is currently working on designing a new school to house all our students on the Perth Street campus.

KJS serves south and east Kowloon and provides places for 900 children. The school also makes provision for children with moderate learning difficulties through a learning support class on each campus.

Areas south of Clearwater Bay Road, including Diamond Hill, Hammer Hill, Kowloon Bay, Telford Gardens, Lam Tin (excluding Sceneway Gardens which is Clearwater Bay School), Yau Tong, Ma Wan, Tung Chung and Laguna City, but excluding Tseung Kwan O.
